Since first collaborating in the summer of 2005, Martin and Lee have quickly achieved recognition as one of the leading faces in the new-skool UK Garage scene. Best known for their 2-Step re-workings of well known tracks such as Ne-Yo's "So Sick" and Craig David's "All The Way", the duo aim to bring the sound to new ears. Alongside their current 7 releases on Riddler Records, the duo have also remixed for the likes of Jam & Face, Rose Windross & Kele Le Roc and The Dreem Teem. Currently awaiting release is the Control-S remix of Jam & Face's "Mr Right" on Solo Recordings, the lively 2-Step remix of R-Kane & Domino's "Givin' You What You Want" and the 1Xtra Playlisted "Naked", alongside the vocal talents of Kele Le Roc. Their current production schedule includes more Riddler material, plus fresh tracks for release on their own label; In-Ctrl Recordings. The duo's time in the scene so far has seen consistent support from the likes of DJ EZ, The Wideboys, Cameo, Richie Vee, Charma, DJ Domino and many more...
As DJs themselves, the duo have played at events across the country such as the Prolific Clubnight, UK Shakedown, Strictly Flava and more. Aiming to push the new Garage sound to the masses, Control-S have appeared on Kiss 100 and BBC 1Xtra as well as many of London's leading pirate stations. The duo currently host a weekly show on Subjam 104.7 FM, where you can be sure to hear the guys mixing the most fresh & upfront tracks from the scene's leading artists, including of course Control-S material fresh from the studio. Check it out on 104.7 FM (London), or on the web at www.SubJam.fm every Sunday from 8 'til 10.
More recently the guys have been concentrating on their label; In-Ctrl Recordings.
